123Loadboard provides a freight matching marketplace for carriers, brokers and shippers to engage with innovative trucking tools to help find truck loads and move more freight - similar to Kijiji but for the transportation industry.

Position Summary

A great opportunity to introduce and upsell 123Loadboard's services to a customer base with a good potential for growth! If you are results oriented, passionate about sales, and know how to develop customer relationships, we want to hear from you!

Primary Responsibilities

  • Acquire new clients through outbound sales calls
  • Nurture prospective clients and manage all aspects of the customer relationship
  • Achieve daily KPIs and monthly targets
  • Use internal CRM system to manage pipeline
  • Develop relationships through phone, email, social media, trade shows and professional networking
  • Identify opportunities and contribute to lead sources for new business
  • Develop close ties with key accounts to understand their requirements, and provide service that exceeds expectations.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of sales experience with an ability to close deals
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed activity quota
- Computer literate, MS Office (Excel, Office, Powerpoint)
- Excellent written (e-mail) and verbal skills (phone), good communicator, fluent in English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Team player, fast learner, require minimal supervision
